ZUTR provides hardware wallets and non-custodial software for managing digital assets. ZUTR is not a financial services provider, exchange, or custodian.
Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your hardware wallet, access codes, and backup cards. ZUTR cannot recover lost access codes or cards without your backup.
No financial advice
ZUTR provides no advice or recommendation on cryptocurrency investments or third-party services integrated in the app.
Warranty
Hardware wallets include a 25-year limited warranty subject to proper care. See product documentation for full warranty terms.
Limitation of liability
ZUTR is not liable for losses resulting from user error, lost access credentials, third-party service failures, or blockchain network issues.
